After watching my family endure painful bypass surgeries, bowel resections, strokes, heart attacks, and cancer treatments, I made a decision to look for a better way. Facing my own gut health struggles — and a future that looked a lot like theirs — I found it — in food.
Today, I work as a certified plant-based health coach helping clients build sustainable habits that heal.
In five years of practice, my clients have found relief from persistent gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea; balanced their blood sugar; and achieved weight loss or gain depending on their goal — all while gaining more energy, clearer thinking, and better sleep, and spending less money on food and less time in the kitchen.
I hold certifications from the Food Revolution Network as a whole food plant-based health coach, the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, along with a Master's degree in Adult Education.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me hiking or cross-country skiing with my family, working in my herbal apothecary, or exploring new recipes in the kitchen — usually with my dog Pip nearby.
